Nico has been fighting a bout with 'walking pneumonia' and has been incredibly ill this week. We think this morning she finally turned a corner! In celebration, I post the artwork she created (in an attempt to do something other than watch TV). They are part of her "Sick" series, now on display in the Mehta kitchen through the end of the year.
Also, she despises her medication. Supposedly, it's flavored, but she acts like it's sewage. There is a lot of bribery used to get her to swallow the whole thing, including dum dum lollipops. Here, a blueberry flavor (or maybe it was the blue tongue) even got a smile out of her!
Here's to finally being on the mend!!!!!!!!!!!!!
