Cash

This is Cash (so renamed by our neighbors-- from his previous moniker of Death Metal-- because he is the Kitty in Black). He is the 'neighborhood' cat, because he belongs to nobody in particular, but to everyone who has contact with him. Many folks around here help take care of him. He will walk into your house, if you let him. He will fight Bailey (and, truthfully, she's a little scared of him!), because he is fearless (except with the new puppy Kuma our neighbors recently adopted). But he is so very gentle and he loves attention. As you know, Nico loves animals, and she adores this cat.
She was so excited to see Cash (or Lash, as she says) waiting for us yesterday on the porch. And he let her pet him, touch his whiskers and cuddle. Too cute!

Yes, we washed hands immediately upon entering the house. At least we know his shots are current though!

I agree with NICO of love for animals. Also a black cat, or black and white always has a special place in my heart and we know it goes to CAJUN; NICO would have love HIM too,

I love how much Nico loves animals. :) Love Merka's comment about Cajun, too. hehe We had a black cat when we were little (in Louisiana) and his name was Pollution. :)
