The most important taco of the day

Austin Breakfast Tacos: The Story of the Most Important Taco of the Day is a great little book that talks about the history of Austin breakfast tacos from the perspective of some of Austin's iconic restaurant owners, local celebs and VIPs. The book launch took place at a favorite family tex-mex place in East Austin, Tamale House East (best cheese enchiladas in Austin!), and it was the place to be last night. The Mehta Fam loves tacos, so we were happy to be a part of it!
