Happy Father's Day...

To one heck of an awesome dad!  Nico's a lucky girl.

Do they look alike, or what?!

I solicited Nico's opinion on what we should do for Father's Day.

     Me: Should we let Daddy sleep in?  Do you think he would like that?  
     Nico: No.  Daddy would not like to sleep in.

Hmmmm.  Okay...

Next, I asked her what she thought we should get him, and she replied, "Boy flowers."  Stumped, I asked her exactly what "boy flowers" are.

     Nico: They're long, and they're straight, and they're real.

Of course!

So, this morning, we went to HEB to get said flowers (while we let Dad sleep in), and as we pulled into the parking lot, I hear from the backseat:

     Nico: Oh, HEB is not going to have boy flowers!

But, it turns out, they did!  And here they are, in case you were wondering what boy flowers look like:

Long and straight and real... and pink! :)  No gender-typing in this house!
