It looks like this singer/songwriter thing might be in the genes. Nico has been belting out this song
for months. She insists her "brother Kellen" (aside: When she says this, she is sometimes referring to Kellen Kitchen, and sometimes referring to 'another Kellen who is [her] brother.') made it up. I'm fairly certain Kellen Kitchen had nothing to do with this, but I guess I could ask. She also apparently taught it to her whole class. Neal picked up Nico today and listened to the kids singing it while teacher Ms. Cassie asked Neal where the song had come from. As if we know!?
Lyrics (since this lovely metal-voiced version is hard to understand):
Every time I paint my face,
I have a party at my school.
Every time I paint my face,
A shooting star comes rolling past. (pronounced "pace," to rhyme. Or so we think!)

Hilarious! I've never heard Kellen signing this song, so it must have been her brother Kellen! :)
That's singing, not signing.
But Brother Kellen is sometimes the real Kellen Kitchen. It's tricky to know with all her siblings. :)
